CANADIAN BUSINESSES CHALLENGED BY WORKFORCE “SKILLS GAP”

The Conference Board of Canada is reporting that Canada’s labour force is facing a large “skills gap” that was widened during the pandemic.

CTV News delved into the report which indicated Canada is in a critical time that requires an investment to create a more skilled work force to remain competitively globally.
