The Regina & District Chamber of Commerce held its 139th Annual Chair’s Inauguration Dinner on Friday at the Hotel Saskatchewan. The highlight of the formal event was the swearing-in ceremony of Wura Dasylva, as chair, and Pauline Wagner, as vice-chair.
