Regina & District Chamber of Commerce is committed to respecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. WHAT DEFINES PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Personal Information is information that identifies you as an individual and relates specifically to you. Personal information does not include information that is required to contact you at a place of business, such as your name, position or title, business address, business phone number, business fax or business email address.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
  • To process C.O.D. orders where a personal cheque or credit card number has been provided.
  • To track business owners or individual that have defaulted in their payment obligations.
  • To source and provide specialized products to address your medical condition.
TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

For the purposes described above, we may need to share your personal information with third parties. These other parties commonly include:

  • Credit Agencies.
  • Credit personnel within the company.
  • Legal counsel retained by the Company.

  • Medical or rehabilitation specialists or assessment clinics that provide an opinion to allow us to best recommend and supply mobility equipment.
  • Funding agencies that may be paying for your mobility equipment.

  • Where there is a contract and the information is required.
