
Kapil Jaggi, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, embarked on his journey by earning a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Pusa, India. Furthering his expertise, he pursued an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality from Holmes College, Melbourne, Australia, and achieved a Red Seal in Cookery. Kapil’s culinary prowess led him to renowned establishments such as Taj Hotels, Vibe, and Accor Group, where he honed his skills.
In 2016, he made the bold move to Canada, setting the stage for his future endeavours. Despite facing the challenges of the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Kapil successfully opened his first restaurant in Canada.
Undeterred, he has since expanded his culinary empire to own six thriving restaurants in Regina and Saskatoon, showcasing his dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences.
Beyond the kitchen, Kapil is actively connected with small business owners. He founded the Business Association of Saskatchewan to address the unique challenges faced by small businesses, providing support and solutions for navigating uncharted territory. His commitment extends beyond culinary excellence, emphasizing a holistic approach to community and business growth.
