Sean Harms joined the automotive industry in 2014, working at Capital GMC Buick as a Used Car Manager and later as a General Sales Manager. In 2017, they joined Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC as a General Manager, and in 2020, they moved on to become the Director of Variable Operations at Capital Automotive Group. Sean later advanced to the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing Operations and Chief Operating Officer and most recently was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Capital Automotive Group.
Sean Harms completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Alberta from 2007 to 2012. Sean then pursued Automotive Dealership Management at Georgian College from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working towards an Executive MBA at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business, University of Regina, from 2022 to 2024.
