The Canadian Taxpayers Federation recently released its annual New Year’s Tax Changes report which highlights the major tax changes in 2023.

The major federal and provincial tax changes slated for 2023 are outlined in the report. Federal tax hikes include: Canadian Pension Plan; Employment Insurance; Carbon tax; a second Carbon tax; and, an alcohol escalator.
