As we close out the year and head into the holiday season, I want to take a moment to proudly reflect on a year defined by momentum, collaboration, and the unwavering support of our members, partners, and community.
The Regina & District Chamber of Commerce continues to move in a strong direction – thanks to the engagement and trust of those we serve. One of this year’s most important milestones was the development and adoption of our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan. This plan, shaped by the voices of our members, helps sharpen our focus and reinforces how we deliver value.
One message came through clearly: our members want bold, intentional advocacy. That input led the Board to establish a Policy & Advocacy Committee to strengthen our stance on key issues and welcome deeper member involvement in the years ahead.
This spirit of listening and collaboration extended into every corner of our work. We were pleased to welcome local leaders into our boardroom – including the Mayor of Regina, the Regina Airport Authority, Regina Downtown BID, and Brandt – and we forged meaningful board-to-board connections with the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce and the Regina Exhibition Association Limited. These discussions helped guide our goals and direction for management. Our reach also expanded beyond city limits through joint advocacy with the Saskatoon Chamber and a trade mission to Denver with a group of local organizations, positioning us as a unifying voice across Saskatchewan’s business landscape.
We’re energized by the growth we’ve seen – in membership, participation, and alignment between what our members are telling us and how we respond through advocacy and events.
On behalf of the Board, I want to sincerely thank our members, as well as our dedicated CEO, Chamber staff, and volunteers, for your partnership, your leadership, and your belief in the Chamber’s mission. As we look toward 2026, we remain committed to championing a business community that is bold, active, and connected.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a new year filled with health, happiness, and shared success!
Sincerely,
Wura Dasylva
Chair of the Board
