Pauline Wagner is Chief Financial Officer at Harvard Developments, a Hill Company, and has nearly two decades of progressive leadership within the full-service real estate company that has been in business for over 120 years. With 10 million square feet of owned and managed property, Harvard Developments is headquartered in Regina, with offices in Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg. Pauline is a member of the Hill Companies Executive Committee, oversees all financial functions of Harvard Developments and is involved in all aspects of the Canadian real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, development, investment management and commercial borrowing.

Pauline is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and was a seasonal lecturer at the Paul J. Hill School of Business at the University of Regina for several years. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Pauline has called Regina home for more than 25 years and she and her family are proud to be actively involved in and supporting the community.
